– Pre-Project Commencement: If you request a refund before the commencement of the project, you are eligible for a full refund minus any transaction charges incurred.
– Inability to Publish: If we fail to publish your project due to issues related to notability or other reasons attributable to the Company, you may request a full refund.
2. Partial Refund Policy:
– Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the service provided and wish to request a refund after project commencement, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount refunded will be up to 50% of the fee paid, based on substantiated claims of dissatisfaction.
– Non-Compliance: In cases where the delivered work does not comply with the specifications agreed upon, and the issue cannot be resolved through revisions, you may request a partial refund.
3. Free Revisions Policy:
– Unlimited Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the delivered work. Revisions are provided free of charge for up to one month from the delivery date of the work.
– Paid Revisions: After one month from the delivery date, revisions may be subject to a fee. The fee for revisions will be communicated to you based on the scope of changes requested.
4. Special Cases Policy:
– Evaluation Committee: Requests for full refunds outside the circumstances outlined above will be reviewed by an evaluation committee. The committee will assess the validity of the claim based on evidence provided by the Client.
5. Refund Process:

– Evaluation: Upon receiving your refund request, the Company will evaluate the request based on the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
– Decision: The decision regarding the refund amount and approval will be communicated to you within 45 working days after receipt of the refund request.
– Payment: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days of approval, minus any applicable transaction charges or processing fees.
